Michael R. Haya
Of Counsel
Michael started his legal career as a litigation attorney for Kinkle, Rodiger and Spriggs in Los Angeles. From 2004 to 2018, he operated and grew Actuarial Consulting Services, a TPA firm focused on serving the needs of small businesses. While with Actuarial Consulting Services, he prepared and presented seminars discussing plan design options and operational procedures to help plans remain in compliance. Michael received his B.S. from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, California (currently inactive), and Pennsylvania (currently inactive). He is also an APM with ASPPA and is a member of the ASPPA IRS subcommittee.
